A mortgage assignment in which, Samuel Witter signed over land and a "dwelling house" to his sister Elizabeth (nee Witter) Marsh. Then Pelatiach Marsh and Elizabeth Marsh signed over said property to Cyrus Peck. The transaction was witnessed by Eliph (?) Gillett and registered with (?) Thomas Hill on December 19, 1796.
