Land transaction John Allen to Cyrus Peck

A land transaction between John Allen and Cyrus Peck in which Peck paid the sum of twenty five pounds for "one quarter part of the one hundred acre farm Lot in the Township of Horton that is Known by Second Division Farm Lot Letter A Number twenty Nine both on the Plan of the Township and on the Proprietors Records." Of interest is the fact that besides the two witnesses and John Allen, one Anna Allen also signed the document.
