A land transaction between Cyrus Peck, farmer, and Peter Runyon, lawyer, in which, for the sum of thirty pounds, Runyon purchased a sawmill and accompanying lands from Peck. The transaction was witnessed by William Perkins and John Meany and registered with (?) Thomas Hill.
