Land transaction Thomas Miner to Charles Dickson

A land transaction between Thomas Miner, Yeoman, of Horton, by which Miner received eight pounds for a tract of land from Charles Dickson, Esq. This land was "a Certain Tract of Size Dyke Land located at the East end of the Grand Tree lying between the Size Dyke of Samuel Forever and Ephraim Graves, Bounding northerly on the road Leading to the Resolution dyke, Containing Six acres and nineteenth parts of an acre of Size Dyke." John Bishop Jr., Depy. Reg. recorded the deed at nine o'clock in the forenoon on the 8th Day of October 1778 and it was witnessed by Daniel Dickson.
