Land transaction Christopher Prince to Charles Dickson

A land transaction between Christopher Prince, of Boston, and Charles Dickson, of Horton, in which, for the sum of three hundred pounds, Dickson purchased a tract of land (in Horton) from Prince. The transaction was witnessed by Nathan DeWolf and James Dickinson; and was registered with Nathan DeWolf on August 7, 1769. This is a "True Coppy" [sic] of the original deed.
