Deed (1812) between John Bulmore Sr. of River Philip and John Bulmore Jr. of River Philip for land in River Philip including land sold and deeded to William Donkin Jr. on the south-east side of the River and the corner of Intervale adjoining William Donkin Jr.'s land, and the upland on the north-west side of the River deeded to John Oxly of River Philip.
