File contains correspondence between W. L. Archibald, former Secretary of the Cape Split Development Co., and Morley Taylor, Manager of the Nova Scotia Power Commission. The letters all relate to the transfer of Cape Split Development Company documentation to the Nova Scotia Power Commission that occurred at a time when the NSPC was interested in reviving the power project at Cape Split.
