Presentation on the jurisdiction over the marshlands

Copy of a presentation given at the Kentville Research Station by Ruth Conrad of the Joint Executive Committee of the Grand Pre and Bishop-Beckwith Marsh Bodies on the jurisdiction over the marshlands situated in the Town of Wolville boundaries. She includes a brief history of the events leading to a court case between the Marsh bodies and the Town of Wolfville, and explains the potentials outcomes ot the case. Conrad asks for financial and moral assistance to help deal with the issue.
